LEC was born from the dream of three long tenured business associates and friends who wanted to move the outsourcing experience to the leading-edge of NOW. For too many years companies had been restricted by literal and figurative walls. The stale version of yesterday’s outsourcing world just didn’t work for today. Our first step was to remove all those walls and open up LEC to the world. No buildings! This allows for the ultimate flexibility in people, technology and growth. The second step was creating a model that opened the door for startups and small businesses to maximize contact center services for their businesses. LEC isn’t hindered by yesterday’s thinking.
